My Background

I have been playing the guitar for over 25 years both professionally and recreationally. I am a certified music teacher with over 15 years' experience both privately and in a number of schools and colleges across the West Midlands.

Whether you want to command the stage with your playing or simply learn a few new tricks and ideas, we can work together to plan the best way to achieve your goals.

My teaching ethos

I am a great believer in harnessing each student's passion and enjoyment to help improve and refine their playing. I will not put you through endless scale drills! I walk alongside each of my students on their personalised musical journey and find ways to engage, inspire and motivate them to try new ideas and skills.

BA (Hons) in Contemporary Music
